What's Goin' On

Propbusters 50 Year Anniversary

On Monday, September 15th, District IX Vice President, Mark Smith, presented an award to the Propbusters commemorating 50 years as an AMA club.

'Limbo' Event at Promised Land Barbeque

Last year we moved the date of this traditional event from July to June in hopes of avoiding the beastly hot weather that had plagued us for the past few years.

CSP Stockade Lake Float Fly

Saturday May 17th started out clear and sunny with a moderate breeze coming onshore from Stockade Lake.

President's Day Fun Fly

Frost Your Buns on January 1st is our first official opening of each flying year, but the President’s Day event on February 19th, was the first official ‘Fun Fly’ of the 2008 year.

Frost Your Buns

It has been a Propbuster tradition for more years than most of us can remember to meet at the field on the first day of the new year...

Winter Solstice Fly

Our winter solstice fly was designed to be an opportunity to try out flying in the snow.

Janice Jensen Field is located just north of Interstate 90 at the New Underwood exit. Drive north after leaving the interstate and take the first left. We often fly in the morning. We also fly float planes from New Underwood lake which is just past the field about 1/4 mile.
